The events will include a variety of activities, such as:

• Family fishing days: These days will provide an opportunity for veterans and their families to enjoy a day out on the water, fishing and bonding with each other.

• Mindfulness photography tours: These tours will combine the benefits of mindfulness with photography, providing veterans and their families with a chance to relax and de-stress while also capturing some beautiful memories.

• Adventure walks and hiking: These walks and hikes will take participants to some of the beautiful scenery in the NSW Far-North Coast, providing an opportunity for veterans and their families to get some exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

In addition to providing opportunities for veterans and their families to connect with each other, these events will also help to raise awareness of the challenges that veterans face. By bringing veterans together, these events can help to reduce isolation and promote mental health and wellbeing.
